These routine clinical datasets are more diverse in terms of the tumor manifestation\nas well as the acquisition parameters. Using this dataset, researchers can develop and validate\nmethods for automatic surveillance of Vestibular Schwannoma, which work robustly on images acquired\nat different hospitals. Patients had multiple time points resulting in a total of 428 timepoints and\n487 3D-images. Manual ground truth segmentations were obtained in an iterative process in which\nsegmentations were: 1) produced or amended by a specialized company; and 2) reviewed by one of three\ntrained radiologists; and 3) validated by an expert team. Compared to the existing\nVestibular-Schwannoma-SEG (https://doi.org/10.7937/TCIA.9YTJ-5Q73) dataset on TCIA that was\nobtained from a single scanner, this dataset was acquired from multiple scanners manufactured by\ndifferent vendors. This dataset also provides a refined segmentation of intrameatal and extrameatal\ncomponents of the VS.\nPlease see the\nSegmentation of Vestibular Schwannoma from Magnetic Resonance Imaging: An Annotated Multi-Center Routine Clinical Dataset (Vestibular-Schwannoma-MC-RC) (https://doi.org/10.7937/HRZH-2N82)\nwiki page to learn more about the\nimages and to obtain any\nsupporting metadata for this collection.","patients":160,"studies":427,"series":487,"instances":30102,"size_TB":0.014,"modalities":["MR"],"licenses":[{"license_short_name":"CC BY 4.0","series":487,"size_TB":0.014}]}
