These\nvariations included hip arthroplasty, prostate median lobe hypertrophy, so-called “droopy” seminal\nvesicles, presence of a urinary catheter, and others. A separate cohort of 19 “normal” cases were\nrandomly selected for inclusion. Prostate, rectum, bladder, and bilateral femoral heads were\nmanually segmented on all CT simulation images (where present) and were ultimately used clinically\nfor radiation treatment planning.\nPlease see the\nStress-Testing Pelvic Autosegmentation Algorithms Using Anatomical Edge Cases (Prostate-Anatomical-Edge-Cases) (https://doi.org/10.7937/QSTF-ST65)\nwiki page to learn more about the images and to obtain any supporting metadata for this collection.","patients":131,"studies":131,"series":262,"instances":23490,"size_TB":0.017,"modalities":["CT","RTSTRUCT"],"licenses":[{"license_short_name":"CC BY 4.0","series":262,"size_TB":0.017}]}
