Radiomic feature extraction showed a significant association between radiomic signature and\nKi-67 expression status in ACC.\nThis retrospectively acquired data includes contrast enhanced CT imaging studies of 53 confirmed ACC\npatients between 2006 to 2018 with available clinical and pathological data, including Ki-67 index.\nSemi-automatic segmentation of the adrenal tumor was created using AMIRA, then manually refined by\nan experienced radiologist. The segmentations of each contrast-enhanced CT were done for the purpose\nof radiomic features extraction.\nPlease see the Adrenal-ACC-Ki67-Seg (https://doi.org/10.7937/1FPG-VM46) wiki page to learn more\nabout the images and to obtain any supporting metadata for this collection.","patients":53,"studies":65,"series":177,"instances":18255,"size_TB":0.01,"modalities":["CT","SEG"],"licenses":[{"license_short_name":"CC BY 4.0","series":177,"size_TB":0.01}]}
